Welcome to Western Ave Auto Body. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website, submitting an estimate request, or authorizing repair work, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates provided through our website or in person are preliminary and non-binding. They are based on the information and photos you provide and are subject to change once the vehicle is physically inspected. Hidden damage, supplemental parts, and additional labor may not be visible until disassembly. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any repair begins.
When you upload photos or submit information through our website, you grant us permission to use that material to evaluate damage, prepare estimates, communicate with insurance carriers on your behalf, and complete the repair. You confirm that you have the right to submit any photos or information you provide.
No repair work begins until you sign a written authorization. You are responsible for any deductible, betterment, or non-covered charges as outlined in your repair agreement and insurance policy.
We work with most major insurance carriers. When you authorize us to handle a claim, we communicate with your carrier on your behalf about damage, parts, labor, and supplements. You remain responsible for understanding your own policy terms, including coverage limits, deductibles, and any out-of-pocket costs.
Once we notify you that your vehicle is ready for pickup, you agree to retrieve it within a reasonable time. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup window. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles beyond the items documented at intake.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with your final invoice and apply to workmanship and materials we install. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage from new accidents, or modifications made elsewhere after we complete the repair.

Our total liability for any claim related to our website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for services rendered.
