• A photo of anything that's leaking, hanging loose, or lit up on the dashboard
• Your VIN, so we can look up the exact parts for your car
• If you're going through insurance: your insurance company and claim number, if you have one yet

The VIN (vehicle identification number) is 17 letters and numbers. It's printed on your registration and on your insurance card. You can also find it on the driver's side of the dashboard, where the dash meets the windshield. Look through the glass from outside the car and take a photo of it.

We work with every insurance company. We're a State Farm Direct Repair Program shop and Geico Drive-Thru approved, and we also work with Farmers, Allstate, Progressive, AAA, Mercury, USAA, and the rest. We deal with the adjuster and handle supplements if hidden damage turns up. If your policy includes rental coverage, your rental car is free while we work.
