Audi builds many of its cars on an aluminum-intensive space frame, especially the RS, S line and e-tron models. Aluminum can't be pulled and welded like steel. It needs its own tools and techs who are trained to work on it, and ours are.

Aluminum also behaves differently when it's bent. It hardens as it's worked and can crack if it's pushed too far, so a fender that could be straightened on a steel car sometimes has to be replaced on an Audi. We show you which before the work starts. Structural repairs follow Audi's own procedures. The frame is measured and brought back to factory specification, and damaged parts are replaced with OEM parts.

RS6 and RS7 owners notice paint. Many of these cars have multi-stage or special-order colors, so we don't spot-paint. We mix to the factory color code and blend panel to panel so the repaired area matches the rest of the car in any light.

On an e-tron or Q8 e-tron we follow EV-safe repair procedures around the high-voltage system. After the body work, the driver assist cameras and sensors are recalibrated so they read the road correctly.

We handle the insurance side too. We're a State Farm DRP shop, Geico Drive-Thru approved, and we work with every other carrier. We talk to the adjuster and send supplements for hidden damage. If your policy includes rental coverage, the rental is free while your Audi is with us.
